Jonathan has 30 years of experience in global financial markets, with expertise in OTC derivatives, foreign exchange, commodity futures, and equities. He has a master's in Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Law. Jonathan is also a Senior Associate of ANZIFF and FINSIA, and has been the CEO of CelsiusPro Australia Pty Ltd since 2012.

Mark founded CelsiusPro in 2008 to address climate change's economic impacts with innovative risk solutions. He served on the WRMA Board from 2012-2016 and has a finance background with Swiss Bank Cooperation and UBS. Mark holds a CFA Charter and an MBA in Economics from the University of Rochester/Bern.

Joel Durand, with B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in GIS from the University of Zurich, focuses on parametric insurance products at CelsiusPro.
